By accessing our website or submitting an application or proposal form through this website or via letter or fax you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions that appear below.
The PVS website is operated by PVS Limited. All use of and applications made to this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time, although the Terms and Conditions governing any given use or application will be those in effect at the date of your application or specific use. If you use or submit applications after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each or use or application to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your site visit or application. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date and time when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.
The quoted prices and vehicle data which includes equipment levels, options, colours and any technical data shown on or via this website are provided by a third party and therefore for information purposes only. You may not rely on them solely.
PVS shall order and the lessee shall lease or purchase the vehicle specified on your Vehicle Order Form.
The order being received by the company will be deemed accepted only when the lessee receives an Order Acceptance written confirmation from the company by post, fax or email.
The lessee agrees to compensate the company for any material losses resulting from cancellation of this order.
By signing and returning the Order Form the lessee confirms that he has carefully reviewed the specification shown on the Order Form and wishes to enter into an agreement for the vehicle on the terms stated on the order.
Should the vehicle manufacturer notify the company of a price increase which would effect the payment shown on the Order Form then the lessee has the option to cancel the agreement without charge.
Should there be an increase or decrease in interest rates between the date of order and delivery we reserve the right to decrease or increase the payment accordingly.
PVS will use its best endeavors to provide delivery of the vehicle by the estimated delivery date (if given) and estimated delivery time. We cannot guarantee the estimated delivery date and shall not be liable for any costs, damages or claims that may arise in respect of a delay in delivery. Delivery times are not the essence of this contract.
Any information provided or quoted on delivery (lead) times are estimates and do not constitute an obligation to supply.
You may only use information or data from the PVS website for personal information or in connection with your business and for this purpose you may print, copy, download or temporarily store extracts from this website. You must not alter anything. Any other use is prohibited unless you first obtain our written permission.
The PVS website is only for general information or use. It do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making any purchasing or leasing decision. We hereby exclude any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, performance, fitness for a particular purpose of the website or any of its contents, including (but not limited to) any costing tools contained within the website.
We will not be liable for any damages for loss of business or loss of profit arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use the website, or any of its contents, or from any action taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the PVS website or any such contents. PVS reserve the right to add to, change the terms of this agreement. Any changes will be posted to our web site and it is your responsibility as a user to refer to the terms on accessing this service. Changes will be effective 24 hours after first posting to the web site and you will be deemed to have accepted any change if you continue to access the web site after that time.
The information that you provide us will be used by us for the effective administration of our services and to communicate with you. Further details are set out in the privacy policy.
We shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the PVS website, irrespective of the cause.
This PVS website is for use by persons located in the United Kingdom. Therefore, these terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the parties to any dispute or action must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
