Professional Vehicle Solutions (PVS) was formed in 1993 and incorporated as a limited company in 1997. In the 17 year period since formation our business has grown organically year on year and whilst the industry and personal lifestyle has changed dramatically we have adapted our business to those changes.
Vehicle leasing is now the fastest growing sector of the market and an accepted part of our personal and business lives. Some of our clients are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they want whilst others prefer to consider all the funding options, whole life costs and tax implications before ordering. We are experts in personal and corporate taxation and will offer funding solutions that reflect your individual requirements.
We are fortunate to have a number of clients who have remained with us for the entire 17 year period. The accepted industry measurement for client satisfaction is known as retention rate. We believe that our client retention rate of 84% is the highest in our industry. We do not advertise because the majority of new clients are introduced by existing clients and you will notice our websites are infosites rather than selling sites.

The business was founded on the simple principle that service matters and we take great pride in looking after professional clients who have busy jobs and who need a company they can entrust with their needs.
Our founding Directors still work in the business in client facing roles and we have a policy of outsourcing most non client functions in order that we may spend all of our time speaking to clients. On delivery every client is given a Directors business card which carries their personal mobile number. Our service does not stop when you take delivery. Service is the most overused word and abused principle in many industries. We take the word very seriously.
PVS is based in Hazel Grove near Manchester but operates a nationwide service. All our vehicles are delivered (in consultation with the client) to your home/office at a time convenient to you. We usually collect your old vehicle at the same time and minimise the time you need to spend. We adapt every facet of our business to reduce your involvement but always work under your instruction.
PVS have run the Solicitors Car Purchase Scheme for 8 years and have in excess of 400 firms of solicitors as clients. We administer Schemes for GP’s, Hospital Consultants, Architects, Accountants and several other professions. You will notice that all these professions have one thing in common, they are very busy people and that is why they choose PVS.
